At PikZiy Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality design products and creative materials to our customers with care and professionalism. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Scope

We ship across India and offer international shipping for select products. If international shipping is not available at checkout, please reach out to us at hello@pikziystudio.com.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Custom or made-to-order items (such as printed designs or personalized merchandise) require 5–10 business days for production.

  • Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (India):

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000

    • Flat rate of ₹150 on orders below ₹5,000

  • International Shipping:

    • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

    • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary based on destination, courier service, and unforeseen conditions like weather or customs delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your delivery status using the tracking number provided.

6. Packaging

All items are packed with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In case you receive a damaged package, please report it within 24 hours with photos at [insert support email].

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. PikZiy Studio is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or force majeure events.
