Cancellation & Refund Policy

We under that sometimes “life happens” and you may need a refund on fees paid for services to PikZiy. We try to be fair and create a policy that is a win-win for both parties.

In general, you can request a full refund for services prior to work commencing up to 7 days after payment. If a refund is a request past 7 days, it will require a manual refund as we cannot put it back on the purchasing credit card and a check will be mailed to you or will be refunded you through Bank Transfer.

Once work has started on your project, a partial refund may or may not be available, so please check out the product-specific refund policies below:

Graphic or marketing element design

Fees regarding your graphic & marketing collateral design are only refundable prior to your consultation with a designer. Since the fee is entirely based on the designers' knowledge, expertise and time, once you have had your design consultation the amount that can be refunded will be based entirely on the amount of time spent and work completed.

This will be determined by your designer and account manager based on our hourly rate. Quick delivery fees are non-refundable.

Website Design

Fees for your website project are divided into two portions, 70% for design and 30% for development. Design fees are only refundable prior to your consultation with a designer.

Cancellation of your website project after the design consultation but before the development of the live site will result in a maximum refund of 30% of the fees paid for the project. There will be no refunds after the site has gone into development. Quick delivery fees are non-refundable.

Media Production

Design fees for media production projects are only refundable prior to the consultation, or the scheduled start date in cases that do not require a consultation.

Projects with hourly rates may be refunded post-consultation less any hours consumed prior to the cancellation request.

Production costs paid to PikZiy are only refundable prior to Approval. If it is determined that a production error* has occurred, claims made within 10 days of your “In Production” notification will be replaced at no cost. This determination will be made at the discretion of PikZiy Studio and the associated vendor upon receiving evidence of the damages/error. Quick delivery fees are non-refundable.

*Production errors do not include graphical elements on approved artwork (i.e. typos, incorrect information, color choice, fonts, or imagery).

Clients Missing in Action

If you do not communicate with PikZiy Studio for a period of 20 consecutive days during any part of the design or development process, PikZiy Studio will honor it's commitment to finish the project, but there will be no refund of any fees.

Performance Liability

PikZiy Studio does not warrant that the functions supplied by design(s), consultation, or advice, will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the logo is with the client. In no event will PikZiy Studio be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the reproduction of, or appearance of the logo, even if PikZiy Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

There are no refunds on any completed work.
