Refund Policy

We under that sometimes “life happens” and you may need a refund on fees paid for services to PikZiy. We try to be fair and create a policy that is a win-win for both parties.

In general, you can request a full refund for services prior to work commencing up to 28 days after payment. If a refund is a request past 15 days, it will require a manual refund as we cannot put it back on the purchasing credit card and a check will be mailed to you.

Once work has started on your project, a partial refund may or may not be available, so please check out the product-specific refund policies below:

Website Design

Fees for your website project are divided into two portions, 70% for design and 30% for development. Design fees are only refundable prior to your consultation with a designer.

Cancellation of your website project after the design consultation but before the development of the live site will result in a maximum refund of 30% of the fees paid for the project. There will be no refunds after the site has gone into development. Quick delivery fees are non-refundable.
